Grenada Citizenship by Investment
To qualify for Grenadian citizenship under the current regulations, applicants can choose from two main investment options.
The first option is a non-refundable contribution of USD 235,000 to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), applicable for a single applicant or a family of up to four members.
The second option involves purchasing real estate valued at a minimum of USD 270,000 from a government-approved project. An additional non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000 is required. The property must be held for five years if it is to be resold as a qualifying investment for another citizenship by investment applicant, or it can be sold at any time after purchase.
We offer exclusive opportunities designed to help you meet the citizenship requirements with ease. Our tailored solutions simplify the process, ensuring you can fulfill the necessary criteria efficiently and without hassle.
Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Program offers numerous benefits, including visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 destinations, such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and the Schengen Area in Europe. Additionally, Grenada is the only Caribbean country with a Citizenship by Investment Program that holds an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the USA, making citizens eligible to apply for a non-immigrant visa after residing in Grenada for three consecutive years.
The program allows applicants to include family members, including a spouse, children under 30, unmarried siblings aged 18 and over, as well as parents and grandparents of both the main applicant and spouse. Citizenship is transferable to future spouses and generations, ensuring long-term benefits for your family. Grenada also imposes no restrictions on dual citizenship and does not require a minimum stay.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and submit all necessary documentation. Investments must be made in US dollars, transferred from abroad, and once the investment is complete, the application will be processed.
The processing time for applications is generally seven to eight months. The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Unit manages the entire process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient application experience. Ramsay & Partners will assist in coordinating the application and collection of your passport(s), which will be sent to you without the need to visit Grenada in person.
