North Macedonia Citizenship by Investment
To qualify for North Macedonian citizenship under the current regulations, applicants can choose from two primary investment options.
The first option requires an investment of EUR 200,000 per adult applicant in a private investment fund, established in accordance with North Macedonian laws, for a minimum period of two years.
The second option involves a direct investment of EUR 400,000 in new facilities (excluding those in hospitality, such as restaurants or shopping centers) that create at least ten permanent jobs within one year of establishment.

Applicants must provide a police certificate of clearance, a detailed curriculum vitae (CV), and proof of financial standing. Applications are closely monitored by the Fund for Innovations and Technology Development of the Republic of North Macedonia, ensuring compliance with the regulations.
The North Macedonia Citizenship by Investment Program offers numerous benefits, including visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 120 destinations. Citizenship is available to individuals aged 18 and older, with dependent children under 18 able to apply for citizenship by descent once their parents have obtained it. Citizenship is passed down to future generations and comes with no residency or language requirements.
North Macedonia's strategic location provides access to growing trade markets, a favorable tax environment, and a highly qualified workforce. The country’s recent NATO membership and its status as an EU candidate further enhance its appeal. With a friendly and hospitable culture, North Macedonia is an attractive destination for business and investment opportunities.
Applications are submitted through Ramsay & Partners, beginning with initial due diligence checks, followed by signing the client agreement and fulfilling investment requirements. Once approved, applicants receive full North Macedonian citizenship.
