St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment

To qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship under the Citizenship by Investment Program, applicants must make a significant economic contribution to the country. In return, applicants and their families are granted full citizenship, subject to a thorough application procedure, including comprehensive background checks.

The program offers three investment options for obtaining citizenship:

1. Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
A non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 for an applicant and up to three qualifying dependents.
An additional USD 50,000 is required for each qualifying dependent over 18, and USD 25,000 for each dependent under 18.

2. Approved Public Benefit Project
A minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 to a public benefit unit in an Approved Public Benefit Project.

3. Real estate acquisition
A minimum investment of USD 400,000 in real estate from an approved development, or USD 400,000 for a condominium, or USD 800,000 for a single-family private dwelling. The purchased property can be resold after seven years under certain conditions.

We offer exclusive opportunities designed to help you meet the citizenship requirements with ease. Our tailored solutions simplify the process, ensuring you can fulfill the necessary criteria efficiently and without hassle.

St. Kitts and Nevis offers a range of benefits for its citizens, including visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, including the UK, Europe’s Schengen Area, and many more. Citizenship is granted for life and can be passed on to future generations by descent, ensuring your family's lasting connection to this Caribbean nation. Applicants can include their spouse, children under 26, and parents aged 65 and over, with the option to add dependents even after citizenship is granted.

St. Kitts and Nevis is a member of the Commonwealth, which offers its citizens privileges in the UK and other Commonwealth countries. The nation permits dual citizenship and imposes no minimum stay requirement, making it an ideal location for a second home. The islands' beautiful tropical landscape, combined with strong air links to Europe and North America, further adds to its appeal.

Applications are managed by the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), which thoroughly examines all applications. A mandatory interview is required for all applicants, either virtually or in person. Dependents aged 16 and older may also be required to attend an interview if deemed necessary. All background due diligence checks are commissioned by the CIU and conducted by independent professional firms in Europe, the UK, and the USA.

The application process typically takes six to twelve months from submission to approval. Applicants may visit the islands to explore real estate opportunities, but it is not required. Once the application is approved, and all due diligence checks are finalized, the required investment is made, and a Certificate of Registration is issued. This certificate grants citizenship, and applicants may apply for a passport. The certificate must be collected in person at St. Kitts and Nevis or at a designated embassy or consulate.

With the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, you and your family can enjoy the many privileges of citizenship in a stable, beautiful Caribbean destination, providing a lifetime of benefits and opportunities.
