Applicants can choose between two program options:
The first option is the Investor Visa Program, which requires one of the following investments:
A minimum of EUR 2 million in Italian government bonds,
A minimum of EUR 500,000 in Italian shares (or EUR 250,000 if investing in innovative start-ups), or
A minimum of EUR 1 million in projects of public interest, such as culture, education, ecology, and research. The investment must be maintained throughout the visa's validity.
We offer exclusive opportunities designed to help you meet the residency requirements with ease. Our tailored solutions simplify the process, ensuring you can fulfill the necessary criteria efficiently and without hassle.
The Italy Golden Visa Program offers numerous benefits, including visa-free travel across Europe’s Schengen Area and the ability to reside in a country rich in culture and industry. Italy's renowned medical care and education facilities are also accessible to residents. While there is no requirement for permanent stay in Italy, applicants can qualify for citizenship after 10 years of continuous residence under specific conditions.
The second option is the Elective Residence Program, ideal for individuals who can demonstrate a stable annual income from abroad. Successful applicants in this category must show that they have residential real estate in Italy, either rented or purchased, following approval.
Procedures and time frame of the Italy Golden Visa Program: The visa is granted for an initial period of two years and can be renewed for an additional three-year period as long as the investment is maintained. The entire process from application submission to visa issuance is expected to take 90–120 days. After obtaining approval, the investment must be completed within three months of entry into Italy. Permanent residence can be applied for after five years, provided the individual has relocated to Italy.
With the Italy Golden Visa, there is no minimum number of days required for physical presence in the country, making it a flexible and attractive option for international investors seeking residence in Italy.
